Tudor Insurance manage all insurances for my business. They are responsive to my requirements, take the hassle out of the maze of insurances and negotiate on my behalf. This year alone they have saved me nearly $500 on my vehicle insurance. Overall I am paying less than I did last year. I have found them to be proactive, always accessible for advice and they actually get back to you in a timely manner (something a lot of other companies can take a lesson from). Our business use Tudor Insurance for our Public Liability. Unfortunately, we had to claim. Megan from Tudor was extremely helpful, always accessible to answer any questions we had - the service was outstanding. The claim was finalised within 2 weeks! I would highly recommend Tudor Insurance for any of your Insurance needs 10/10

Great experience obtaining public liability for my small business - Stacey Bould made the process seem-less and kept me updated through out the process. I never once had to follow up as a posed to other insurance brokers I have dealt with. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to obtain insurance for their business.

We've been with Tudor for years now, probably decades. And in that time we've never had anything other than professional and courteous service. You find out how good a broker is when you actually have to make a claim, and on the two or three times we've been in that unfortunate position (one of them as the result of a life-threatening incident half way across Bass Strait) Tudor has been both responsive and pro-active in achieving a good result, and full of great advice. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a broker.

I have used Tudor for over 15 years during that time, the service has kept up consistently good and keep delivering what I wanted. I have used Tudor for commercial and residential insurance and found Cam very quick in response and very straight forward about his answers. I have done claim before and he was also very responsive in following up and making sure that my right is being protected. Well done!

I have recently made a claim through Tudor Insurance and have dealt with Megan. I cannot speak highly enough of the service Megan and Tudor Insurance have given. So prompt and responsive in communication. After a freight company would not take any responsibility for their actions, it is nice to know that Tudor Insurance were able to help me with the claim. We have had tool insurance with Tudor Insurance for 20 + years. For the first time ever we had a claim due to an accident, & all of my husbands tools ejecting from his trailer resulting in them being damaged beyond repair. It was a mammoth task to get all the information together that was required for the insurance claim, however Tudor Insurance was nothing but wonderful, supportive, & helpful. The whole team including Stacey, Adele & Megan were nothing but kind, understanding, & helpful, & nothing was too much trouble when assisting us with our claim. A special mention to Megan who was outstanding. I didn't think such amazing customer service existed anymore, but it definitely does at Tudor Insurance! I cant recommend this business highly enough. Thank you to the whole team at Tudor Insurance.

After trying to query my cover with another broker and getting no response I reached out to Tudor based on the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed with Cameron coming out to meet personally and worked hard to ensure we had the coverage we needed at a competitive price. It is like chalk and cheese compared to my previous broker. Keep up the good work.
